We highlight donor journeys and motivations — creating a shared space of purpose and pride. For the past 5 years, I have been closely associated with NMCT through the “Integrated Tribal Development Project” in Karamadai Block, Coimbatore District. During my visits to access the project’s progress, I had the opportunity to meet numerous beneficiaries among the 175 wadi and 30 non wadi activities. I witnessed first-hand the challenges they face, such as man-animal conflict and water scarcity. Despite these difficulties, the beneficiaries demonstrated remarkable determination to new nurture the plants and ensure their survival.
During the Pongal Festival I observed the effects of NMCT and witnessed the joy and strong bond between tribal community and NMCT. Despite the obstacles faced by the project. I hold the great admiration for NMCT and its dedicated team, who tirelessly work towards improving the livelihoods of the tribal people in Karamadai Block. I extend my best wishes to NMCT and achieving fruitful outcomes and becoming a catalyst for positive change with in the tribal community in the years to come.

TANSACS proudly recognizes NMCT as a longstanding partner agency since 2011, working together to implement Target Intervention projects among migrants in Coimbatore and Tirupur Districts. NMCT is accountability and responsible handling of activities and funds received from TANSACS have established a trusted partnership. Despite the challenges posed by a larger migrant population, NMCT’s impactful awareness programs and testing initiatives have effectively reduced the spread of HIV AIDS. The strong rapport between NMCT, the target population and TANSACS technical team has played a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of project activities.
