Access Purified Drinking Water
During the need assessment at Government Higher Secondary School, Karumanchirai located in Uthukuli block, Tirupur. it was highlighted that the school had no access to clean drinking water, which posed a significant health risk to both students and staff. This lack of water was a pressing issue that the school had been struggling with for a long time, affecting the overall well-being of everyone in the school community. The absence of a reliable water source meant that students had no choice but to rely on unsafe alternatives, which could lead to waterborne diseases.
In response to this urgent need, our team, with the budget provided, took action by installing a water Purification system with machine, syntax tank, electrical and plumbing to connect it to the school. The water system was carefully planned and implemented to ensure a consistent supply of clean water for the students and staff. After completing the installation, the school was finally able to access purified water, which was a huge relief for everyone.
The headmaster, deeply emotional, expressed his gratitude, saying that it was only due to the support of project that the school had access to drinking water. He thanked NMCT-KKS-BMZ P7947 for their valuable help. The entire school, including students and staff, also expressed their heartfelt thanks to our project for making this life-changing improvement possible, ensuring a healthier and safer environment for all

N. Lakshmi, Athipalayam, Coimbatore
I am N. Lakshmi, living in Athipalayam, Coimbatore District, with my husband and two daughters. Before receiving beautician training through NMCT/BOSCH CSR’s intervention, my life was filled with financial struggles and a sense of hopelessness. Coming from a family with limited resources, my husband’s irregular income barely covered our basic needs, leaving us in a constant state of uncertainty. I felt the weight of poverty, unable to contribute or dream of a better future for my children. Everything changed when I enrolled in the free beautician training program offered by NMCT/BOSCH CSR. This training not only equipped me with valuable skills but also gave me a renewed sense of confidence and independence. With their support, I secured a job at Vishnu Bridal’s, where I now earn ₹12,000 per month.
This income has transformed our family’s financial situation. We now live more comfortably, and I can even begin to save for my children’s education. Beyond the financial relief, I now feel empowered and proud of the work I do. I take great pride in my job, knowing that I am contributing to my family’s well-being and creating a better future for my children.
